Eric & Sandra Bucci, Senior Pastor

Pastor Eric became the second pastor of Cornerstone Church in 2002. He has been full time in vocational ministry since earning a Master of Divinity in Practical Theology from Regent University in Virginia Beach, VA in 1996. Prior to that, he completed his undergraduate studies at Evangel University in Springfield, MO. Pastor Eric has served in various pastoral roles at a number of churches in Colorado Springs and Connecticut.  Pastor Eric married his wife Sandra on June 17, 2000 and they have three children: Luke, Hannah, and Matthew.

Randy Hood, Executive Pastor

Pastor Randy joined Cornerstone Church on March 1, 2023. His primary responsibilities are running the Dream Team and Small Groups ministry. Randy grew up in Connecticut but spent 10 years on the west coast where he met his wife Andrea while serving at a ministry in California. They soon married and have two children. Before coming to Cornerstone, Pastor Randy served as Executive Pastor at a church in New York for several years

John DiGiovanni, Worship Director

John, a seasoned worship leader with 20 years of experience, came to Cornerstone in October of 2023.  Originally hailing from Sarasota Florida, John longed for the ever changing seasons of New England - a dream he shared with his wife Rachel, who grew up in Connecticut. Now settled in the region, they cherish family time with their 2 daughters.  Beyond ministry, John is a big soccer fan and also loves the outdoors.  A skilled cook and an avid supporter of the Chelsea Football Club in England, John embodies a life filled with faith, family, and adventure.

Cinthia Gutierrez, Administration

Cinthia and her husband Berny have been a part of Cornerstone for over 15 years where they have both served in various capacities. Most recently, Cinthia serves in accounting, and as the Small Groups administrator. Cinthia and Berny have two children (both amazing as well) and live in Prospect.
