Growth Track Step Four – Serve

Joining the Cornerstone ministry team. Connect to the opportunities available at Cornerstone Church to live out your purpose and serve others by using your gifts. Step Four happens the fourth Sunday of every month. Lunch will be served!

Join the teens for Youth Group on Sunday Evening, 6-8 pm in Sal’s House! Sal’s House Fellowship Hall adjacent to the main building. Any questions contact Kip and Shila Anderson, Youth Directors. Ages 12+

Sunday Evening Bible Study

Join us as we study and discuss the Word of God. This is a time for great fellowship in a laid back setting. Everyone is welcome!

This groups gather weekly and is designed to equip you to live the victorious and abundant life Christ came to give you. Freedom groups build on the foundation of faith in Christ to help you embrace the truth of God’s Word as it relates to your worldview, your past, your sin, your personal value to God, and your purpose in His Kingdom. This group will help you remove every obstacle to intimacy with God and walk in true freedom.

Hope & Help

This group will meet at Cornerstone Church campus two days a week and go to several community locations to volunteer with cooking, serving, giving hope, loving the elderly and reaching the lost. They will visit homeless shelters, soup kitchens, food banks, convalescent homes and any other places where we can offer hope and help.

Christ-Centered Homes: Building a Godly Foundation

Christ -Centered Homes: Building a Godly Foundation is a small group that meets weekly and is uniquely crafted for courting, engaged and newly married couples (up to five years of marriage). Join us as we study the word of God, build relationships with other couples and learn how to be a marriage that will glorify God. Childcare available.

Finding I Am

We will be exploring the book “Finding I AM” by Lysa TerKeurst . Find how Jesus can fully satisfy the cry of your heart as we study the seven I AM statements of Jesus found in the Gospel of John. Through this bible study we will learn how to trade feelings of emptiness and depletion for the fullness of knowing who Jesus is like never before. Childcare available.

Daughters of the King

Join us for this – ladies only bible study based on the book “Christ in the Psalms: A guide to Praise” by Stonecroft Ministries. Discover Christ in the Psalms, and gain confidence in the all-powerful God who cares about you and who will bring all His plans to completion. Childcare available.

A Lifelong Love

As couples we often settle for too little when it comes to marriage. We fail to understand how deeply God cares about our spouse and we diminish our need to not only understand what biblical love really is, but also to become a people to excel at it. Join us to study the book “A Lifelong Love” by Gary Thomas. Learn how to have lasting intimacy, friendship, and purpose in your marriage. Childcare available.

Grace in Motherhood

As mothers, we need to support each other with grace and encouragement. Focusing on the mothers that God has called and equipped us to be, not the “perfect” mothers we see in the world. Join us as we read “Clean Home, Messy Heart” by Christine Chappell. Childcare available.

Come and join other women as they study and learn more about the book of Daniel as presented by Beth Moore through video. Group discussion, prayer and fellowship time to follow presentation. Participants will have the option to purchase a workbook to assist them during the study. Childcare available.

Join other women to cook, bake and fellowship together. We will cook for our families and have light refreshments. We’ll also prepare food to support Hope and Help outreach events. Prayer and bible scripture will be an integrated part of this group.

This group is designed to encourage and build each other up through God’s word and prayer. Join us as we finish our study of the book “30 Days to Taming Your Tongue” by Deborah Smith. Learn how what you say and don’t say will improve your relationships with others! Books provided, limited space.

Each week we will look at a “Joy Stealer” and a “Joy Keeper” and armed with the Word, fight 7 things that steal your JOY and how to replace them with God’s truth and love. Cost of the book is $10. Are you a mother? Are you always looking for fun things to do with your young kids? Join us for playtime, crafts and adult fellowship. Join the fun this week!

The Bait of Satan

Jesus said “It’s impossible that no offense should come…” (Luke 17:1 NKJV) You cannot choose whether or not you will be offended, but you can choose how you will respond. Join us as we study how to live free from the deadly trap of offense, based on the book “The Bait of Satan” by John Bevere. Childcare available.

We meet regularly to pray for one another, our church and our community on Friday mornings from 9:30 to 10:30 AM at the main church building. We also have a large email prayer network that actively works to pray for the needs of our congregation and our loved ones. Want to join us? Fill out the form.

Marriage Builder

“We will work together to build up & strengthen our marriages!” Childcare will be provided until 8:30 PM, allowing everyone to have a date night with their spouse after the meeting. No one has a perfect marriage, but together we can help strengthen and encourage each other to heal and grow in marriages. Set aside some time to reconnect with your spouse.
